Position Title: Final Inspector Department: Service Location: Vyttila Employment Type: Full-Time Experience : 2+ years having two wheeler final inspection automobile experience Job Overview: The Final Inspector is responsible for performing detailed inspections of Vehicles to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications before they are delivered to customers. The role involves working closely with the Supervisors, Technicians to identifying defects or issues, and ensuring corrective actions are taken. The Final Inspector is critical in maintaining high Service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct final inspections on completed sevice vehicles to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations. Work with the Sevice team to identify root causes of issues and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence. Perform functional and visual inspections, checking for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in finished ones. Ensure all inspection records are properly documented and reports are generated accurately and promptly. Ensure proper handling of materials and products during inspections to prevent damage. Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to resolve issues and improve product quality. Stay up to date with industry standards and quality regulations, ensuring all inspections adhere to relevant guidelines. Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing guidance on quality control processes.
