Job Description

Job Title : Spare Parts Executive

Reports To : Parts Manager

Manage inventory of two-wheeler spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
Procure parts from suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure required parts are available for repairs and servicing.
Assist customers and service teams with parts-related inquiries and technical information.
Monitor and control spare parts costs, ensuring profitability and efficient budgeting.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receipts, stock usage, and reports.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
Manage relationships with suppliers and handle warranty claims for defective parts

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Inventory accuracy and turnover rates.
Cost savings in procurement.
Lead times for part availability and distribution.
Supplier performance and reliability.
Customer satisfaction in terms of parts availability and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
