Job responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and generate interest.
Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints.
Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or engagement targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM or database.
Skills and qualifications
Proven telecalling or telesales experience of at least 1 year.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM software familiarity.
Ability to handle rejection and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
