Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Guwahati. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products, and closing sales. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, offer excellent customer service, and support clients through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Sales skills
• Experience in Training is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
