Role : Tele Sales Specialist Location : Lucknow (Work From Office) Job Type : Full-Time Timings : 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Salary: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads generated through marketing campaigns. Clearly explain our services, offerings, and value propositions to drive conversions. Follow up on warm leads, schedule appointments, and nurture prospects. Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and outcomes in CRM or Google Sheets. Handle objections confidently and professionally to close deals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding or service delivery. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; English fluency is a bonus. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.). Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented with a professional attitude.
