Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team at Cozy Vision Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience in telesales or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with IT Services & Consulting companies is preferred.
