Job Description

Process:- Telesales Officer (Star Health Insurance)

Location:

What Youll Do:

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, clearly explaining insurance products
Build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up diligently
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a target-driven environment
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly

Who Were Looking For:

Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification
Proven telesales experiencefreshers need not apply
Marathi language proficiency is mandatory, along with good command over Hindi and English
Documentation such as offer letters or experience certificates is required to verify experience
Candidates should be under 30 years of age

What We Offer:

Competitive in-hand salary ranging from 18,000 to 28,000 per month, with an annual package up to 4 LPA
Fixed shift timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotational weekly offs
