Job Overview:

Sales Call Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales databases.
  • Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team on market trends and customer behavior.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate .
