We’re Hiring: Cybersecurity & Compliance Sales Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Drive sales for cybersecurity services (SOC, VAPT, SIEM, EDR/MDR, IAM, Cloud Security).
  • Sell compliance projects — ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, RBI/CERT-In.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Work with pre-sales and compliance teams to build proposals, SOWs, and pricing.
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Compliance/Risk Heads).
  • Build strong pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity or compliance solution sales.
  • Understanding of frameworks like

    ISO 27001/SOC2/GDPR/PCI-DSS/HIPAA

    .
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to convert client pain points into solution-driven sales.

Good to have:

  • Experience selling to BFSI / ITES / Healthcare / Enterprise clients.
  • Certifications (ISO 27001 LA/LI, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH — even awareness level is fine).
