𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial for our business development and requires a person who is quick-witted, articulate, and possesses a strong desire to succeed.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Make outbound calls to a pre-defined list of potential clients.

 • Introduce VeriGlobe’s freight forwarding services and value proposition.

 • Identify and qualify new business leads.

 • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate suitable logistics solutions.

 • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement during calls.

 • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

 • Maintain accurate call records and reports (CRM / Excel).

 • Work closely with the sales, training, and team leader for performance improvement.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Graduate in any stream
• 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Candidates residing within 5 km radius of Sector 63, Noida

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

 • Good communication skills.

 • Fluency in English is an added advantage.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁:

 • Ability to quickly understand customer requirements.

 • Confident, engaging, and solution-oriented conversation skills.

𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆:

Ability to perform basic calculations mentally (for estimates and pricing discussions).

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱):

 • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.

 • Training & Onboarding Structure.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱:

 • 7 Days – Classroom Training.

 • 8th Day – Certification Test.

 • 7 Days – On-the-Job Training (OJT).

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:

 • First 7 days of training are paid only if the candidate clears the certification test.

 • OJT period is paid.

𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 (𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝗝𝗧): Trainer responsibility.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝗝𝗧: Team Leader responsibility.

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗝𝗧 𝗶𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱.

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: ₹15,000 per month.

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: Up to ₹3,000.

(𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀, 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 & 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲)

Additional performance-based incentives applicable

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲: Calendar Month

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁: 7th working day of the following month
