Role

: Telesales / Telecalling / Inside SalesWe are hiring energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to drive online product sales through outbound calling. The role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales while consistently meeting performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote online products
  • Convert leads into sales by effective communication and convincing skills
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain and update lead status, follow-ups, and customer data in CRM
  • Identify warm/hot leads and ensure proper closure
  • Understand customer needs through probing and pitch relevant products
  • Ensure KPI compliance and deliver consistent sales performance

Candidate ProfileExperience:

Education:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi / English / Regional language
  • Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
