Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly confident Inside Sales Executive (Closures) who will work exclusively on warm leads generated by our internal growth team.

not cold calling

The responsibility of this role is to:

• Connect with interested prospects over phone/virtual calls
• Clearly explain our offerings
• Understand the prospect's career needs
• Conversion of the leads

This is a target-driven role that is ideal for someone who has proven experience in sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Call warm / inbound leads provided by the growth team

• Conduct structured phone conversations to understand:

• Career background
• Job search challenges
• Expectations from our services

• Clearly explain:

• 100xCareers offerings
• Service structure and process
• Value proposition and outcomes
• Close deals on the phone call with minimal follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / sales closure roles
• Proven track record of closing deals over phone calls
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Good understanding of service-based sales (career services, consulting, edtech, HR services preferred)
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
• Ability to maintain basic documentation and follow internal processes
