Job Title: Inside Sales Associate HealthTech (SaaS)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, a good understanding of the doctor/hospital channel, and strong knowledge of CRM tools. This role involves working on both provided leads and self-generated leads through outbound efforts. You will be responsible for connecting with prospects, conducting virtual product demos, and driving subscription sales for our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads provided by the company and follow up effectively to convert them.
Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research when required.
Connect with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and present suitable SaaS solutions.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Manage and update all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech.
Good understanding of the doctor/hospital channel and healthcare industry dynamics.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with virtual meetings and remote selling.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
