Who We’re Looking For

• Qualification:

  MBA, B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• (Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Plastics, Chemistry, or related fields)

* 2-10 years experience in Inside Sales in selling any industrial product

* Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or online platforms

* Present and explain products or services to customers

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities

* Good negotiation skills

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

* Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals in a timely manner

* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

* Collaborate with marketing and account management teams

• * Handle customer questions, objections, and basic concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and customers
• Proficient in developing relationships and understanding client needs
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional demeanor
• Experience in the plastics, rubber, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
