No: 108/8/1+2/1, CS No. 2768, SB Road Job Description As a Product Advisor – Voice Process, you will play a key role in guiding users through a personalized experience on a digital platform, helping them maximize the value of the service while also contributing to business growth. Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction and Service Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and comprehensive guidance on platform features. Stay informed about updates and functionalities to deliver accurate information. Address user concerns and queries professionally with empathy. Support users in profile optimization to improve visibility and engagement. 2. Sales and Revenue Generation Identify upselling opportunities for premium memberships and services. Recommend products strategically to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. Build lasting relationships with platform users. Fixed salary provided, not performance-dependent. 3. Documentation and System Management Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system. Adhere to process guidelines for documentation and compliance. Ensure data protection and privacy standards are maintained. 4. Team Collaboration Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and platform enhancements. Contribute to team and organizational objectives.
