Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products or services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales targets on time.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, or local language).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
  • Fresher or candidates with telesales/telecalling experience are welcome.
