Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the purchase process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system.
Provide excellent customer service and handle basic queries.

Candidate Requirements :

:Education: Minimum 12th /ITI/DIPLOMA/Graduates/Post graduate

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

Skills Required:

Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence and positive attitude
Willingness to work in a target-based environment
