Job Summary The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and disciplined follow-ups. --- 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases. Identify decision makers and qualify leads. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products/services. 2. Sales & Conversion Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly. Pitch products/services confidently (e.g., corporate T-shirts, sublimation products, etc.). Negotiate pricing within approved margins. Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders. 3. Customer Relationship Maintain healthy follow-up with interested customers. Handle inbound queries professionally. Provide order updates and resolve minor issues. 4. CRM & Reporting Update daily call logs (calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, closures). Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel/Zoho. Submit daily and weekly performance reports. 5. Team Coordination Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch team for smooth order flow. Share customer feedback for improvement.
