Telesales Executive Freshers

In this role as an inside sales representative, you will play a crucial part in our sales team by engaging with potential clients over the phone to drive new business. Your strong work ethic and competitive nature will be essential in meeting and surpassing sales targets. Making at least 150 calls per day is necessary to help us achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to potential clients to introduce our products/services, address inquiries, and discover sales opportunities - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting calls into potential sales opportunities - Update and maintain client information in the company's CRM system to monitor interactions and sales progress - Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to potential clients - Gather feedback from prospects and clients to enhance sales strategies and product offerings - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales techniques English and Hindi proficiency is mandatory, with Tamil skills considered a bonus.
