Role Description

The Telemarketing Specialist at Hytech Education will engage directly with prospective clients to share information about the company’s services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding clients’ needs, providing accurate service information, and guiding them through the initial stages of the visa or application process. They will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and support in organizing appointments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients over the phone.
• Proficiency in persuasion, negotiation, and active listening to address client queries and promote relevant services.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, maintain accurate prospect records, and meet targets efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of visa procedures, documentation, or prior experience in education consultancy is advantageous.
• Proficiency in languages besides English, relevant to the client base, would be an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment with a positive attitude.
• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
