Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Chennai. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and delivering excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product information, responding to inquiries, and facilitating a seamless customer experience. This role also requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales.

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify and convert potential prospects effectively.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities, with a focus on providing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey clear and persuasive messages to customers.
• An organized and professional approach to work, with attention to detail in maintaining records and following up with clients.
• Previous experience in the sales or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English for effective communication is preferred.
