About HGPI

Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions (HGPI) is a leading educational hub offering top-tier programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Management, Law, Education, and Computer Applications. With a strong focus on quality education, innovation, and student success, we are expanding our Admissions & Marketing team to enhance our outreach across Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and nearby regions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions and academic programs.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees, campus facilities, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-up and counselling.

2. Lead Management

  • Maintain and update student databases in CRM / ERP.
  • Track daily call logs, responses, and conversion status.
  • Ensure all leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, references, and partner networks are followed up promptly.

3. Counselling & Support

  • Guide students regarding the admission process, documentation, and important deadlines.
  • Address queries related to hostels, placements, scholarships, transport, etc.
  • Assist in coordinating counselling sessions, webinars, and online/offline events.

4. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Admissions, Digital, and Academic teams for smooth communication.
  • Share timely updates on lead status, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly calling reports and share with the Marketing Head & Management.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead calling, follow-ups, and admissions conversion.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP tools).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and perform under targets.
  • Strong listening skills and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in tele-marketing, tele-sales, counselling, or admissions (preferred).


Qualifications

  • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Preferred: Candidates with experience in the education sector or tele-sales.
