Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting organizational programs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers through calls, providing exceptional customer support and driving sales initiatives. The role requires proactive communication and relationship-building skills to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales skills Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented approach Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in English and other local languages is an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification is desirable
