Role Description

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell our web and software development services, and digital marketing solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. Your day-to-day tasks will involve cold calling, lead generation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to maintain detailed records of your interactions and follow up on customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
