Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a META and Google Ads Specialist based in Noida, with flexibility for remote work on designated days. Responsibilities include managing META and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring alignment with client or company goals. The role also requires developing strategies to reach target audiences, running A/B tests, and providing detailed reports on campaign outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing META and Google Ads campaigns
• Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and improving campaign performance
• Experience with A/B testing and metrics analysis in digital marketing
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms related to META and Google Ads
• Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is desirable
