As a Telemarketing Specialist based in Delhi, India, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales activities on a daily basis. Your role will involve making outbound calls, contact potential customers through lead generation methods, follow scripts, demonstrate product knowledge, employ persuasion and closing techniques, schedule follow-up appointments, manage leads, conduct data entry, meet targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
