As a Telemarketing Representative at our company, your role will involve contacting prospective clients, explaining products or services, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with customers, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Contacting prospective clients and effectively explaining products or services - Addressing customer inquiries and providing satisfactory resolutions - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions - Achieving sales targets by delivering product or service information persuasively - Fostering relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address customer needs effectively - Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional customer interactions - Sales knowledge and skills to meet sales goals - Ability to manage time effectively and maintain detailed records - Prior experience in telemarketing or related fields is a plus Please note that this is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
