We are currently expanding our customer acquisition and support team and are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executives who can effectively communicate our offerings to prospective customers and support ongoing service inquiries. Job Role: Telecalling ExecutiveAs a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining insurance products and services, handling queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role is crucial in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting policy sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases. Handle incoming customer queries and provide accurate information. Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely conversions. Customer Engagement: Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers. Build rapport and maintain a professional and friendly tone. Assist customers in understanding documents and the buying process. Lead Management & Conversion: Track leads and update call details in the CRM or database. Schedule meetings or callbacks for the sales/field team. Work with the marketing and sales team to achieve daily/weekly targets. Coordination & Reporting: Share feedback from calls to improve marketing strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance or customer service. Prepare and submit daily call reports to the supervisor. Required Skills:Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette. Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided).
