We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller/FOS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing and new customers, explaining products/services, for Mnc Bank and Private Banks. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Explain product/service details clearly and persuasively to customers. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain customer records and update databases regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable]. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply). Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
