The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to follow up on pre- and post-sales activities to enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. Appointment Setting: Manage and confirm client meetings, optimizing the sales team’s calendar. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and update CRM records. Pre-Sales Follow-Up: Provide additional information, send materials, and confirm client attendance. Post-Sales Follow-Up: Address client concerns, ensure documentation completion, and gather feedback. Sales Support: Assist with administrative tasks, update the sales team, and align with marketing efforts. Data Management: Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and generate reports. Target Achievement: Meet call, appointment, and sales support targets. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Continuous Improvement: Enhance calling scripts, attend training, and stay updated on industry trends.
