Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Back Office Executive to manage mutual fund operations. The role involves handling transaction processing, client data management, reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with SEBI/AMFI and other regulatory guidelines. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Process purchase, redemption, switch, SIP/STP/SWP transactions in mutual fund software. • Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to mutual fund investments. • Upload and reconcile client portfolios with data from CAMS/Karvy (KFintech) or other RTA platforms. • Maintain and update client investment records accurately. • Coordinate with Relationship Managers, RTAs, and fund houses to resolve operational issues. • Generate MIS reports, capital gains statements, and account statements for clients. • Track and process commissions, brokerage reports, and payout reconciliations. • Assist in FATCA, CKYC, and other regulatory documentation. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms. • Support audit and compliance-related tasks. ______________ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate in Commerce/Finance • 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund or financial services back office. • Knowledge of RTA platforms (e.g., CAMS, Karvy/FinTech, NSE NMF II, BSE Star MF). • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and financial CRM tools. • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills. ______________ Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with capital gain computation and ITR-2/112A formats. • Experience in handling large volumes of client data securely. • Understanding of SEBI, AMFI guidelines.
