Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via calls to explain the app's features and benefits. Assist customers in downloading and installing the app on their devices. Provide effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive user experience. Reach out to potential customers via calls to explain the app's features and benefits. Build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Provide daily reports on the number of calls made and issues resolved. Key Skills Required: Good communication and fluent in Englisha and Malyalam Ability to convince and influence customers. Basic technical knowledge to assist with app installations and usage. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Patience and customer-centric attitude Eligibility Criteria: 0–6 months of experience in telecalling or a customer support role. Basic familiarity with smartphones and apps. Educational qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
