Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with excellent fluency in Malayalam (mandatory, preferred as mother tongue) and at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role. Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Explain products/services clearly to customers and generate leads.
