Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with excellent fluency in Malayalam (mandatory, preferred as mother tongue) and at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role. Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Explain products/services clearly to customers and generate leads. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team goals. Build long-term relationships with customers through quality interactions. Requirements: Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory, should be the mother tongue). Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer service/inside sales. Additional fluency in English and/or Hindi is a plus. Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred). Minimum educational qualification: [12th pass/Graduate].
