Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Gurugram. The Telecalling Executive will interact with potential and existing clients, maintaining professional communication through phone calls. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing accurate information on services, scheduling meetings, and collecting feedback. Additionally, the Executive will maintain client records, coordinate with the team for updates, and assist in enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi
• Proven ability in customer relationship management and handling inquiries
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed client records
• Good multitasking and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of advanced IT tools is preferred
• Ability to handle feedback, resolve concerns, and exhibit a customer-centric approach
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is an advantage
• Graduate degree in any stream; coursework or certifications in communications, marketing, or customer service are a plus
• Knowing multiple languagues is a plus
