The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer support. You will also address seller queries and provide timely assistance to ensure smooth operations on the platform. Your role will directly contribute to building strong customer relationships, boosting sales, enhancing the overall customer experience, and maintaining positive relationships with our sellers. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Explain company products, services and offers clearly. Maintain customer records in CRM and update call details. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting requirements. Handle objections, provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies. Required Skills: Minimum qualification: Graduation (any field). Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English. Good persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Freshers can apply, but prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales or customer service will be preferred. Preferred (Bonus) Skills Knowledge of eCommerce, sales or BPO/KPO processes.
