About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level Outreach Coordinator to support our sales and event promotion campaigns. You will research contacts, send high-volume personalized emails, and follow up with short calls. Training is provided — ideal for freshers who want to start a career in sales, marketing, or communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Research PR/communications contacts using LinkedIn, Google, and company websites.

• Send 300–400 personalized template-based emails daily.

• Manage follow-up emails (2–3 rounds).

• Call prospects who don’t respond to confirm receipt and schedule meetings.

• Maintain daily reports in Google Sheets/Excel.

Requirements

• Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience).

• Basic English communication (written + spoken).

• Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, and internet research.

• Confident to make short professional calls.

• Organized and disciplined.
