Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
Explain the features, benefits, and offers of company products/services clearly and effectively.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Maintain call quality standards and comply with the companys customer support process and scripts.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
0-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service (
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
