Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Caller Executive to join our Inbound & Outbound Sales team.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting company products/services, explaining benefits, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
Explain the features, benefits, and offers of company products/services clearly and effectively.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Maintain call quality standards and comply with the company's sales process and scripts.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.

Skills requirement:

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Undergraduate and Graduate both can apply.
0- 6 months of experience in inbound & outbound calling, tele sales, or customer service
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
