Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer records in the system.
Generate leads and follow up for sales conversion.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in [English, Hindi & Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing is an advantage.
