We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
