We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Thiruporur.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
Explain various engineering courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
Follow up regularly on leads through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain and update reports on daily calls, inquiries, and admissions progress.
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally.
Provide accurate information about fees, scholarships, placements, and facilities.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to meet monthly admission targets.
Convince undecided students by addressing concerns and highlighting college strengths.
Maintain high standards of service quality and communication etiquette.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language).
Strong persuasive skills to convert leads into sales.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
