We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competition to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
