Job Description

Position Overview: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in designated geographic areas. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell the company's products or services to potential clients, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients on-site, attend trade shows, and represent the company in various sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within the assigned territory through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales techniques.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products or services, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and achieve company objectives.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to the sales management team. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products/services and generate leads.

  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in field sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present and influence clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory or region.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel.

Education: A bachelor's degree any, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and a successful track record in sales will be given significant consideration.
