We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Tele caller to drive our sales efforts by reaching out to our existing and potential clients. As a Tele caller, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing individual contact information and engaging with our target audience. Your role is instrumental in not only securing sales but also in utilizing client feedback to enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly familiarize yourself with our product or service offerings.
Continuously update and acquire lists of individual contact details.
Consistently meet and exceed the sales targets set by the organization.
Stay well-informed about market trends to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Clearly communicate progress and performance expectations through regular meetings.
Approach every interaction with respect and professionalism, regardless of the other partys behavior.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in a telecalling or similar role.
Completion of a sales-related training program.
Proficiency with computer applications.
Exposure to various cultural norms and diverse perspectives.
Ability to adapt communication style in unique or unexpected situations.
Exceptional interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Capability to accept constructive criticism without internalizing it.
