Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Telecalling & Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents, introducing programs and answering queries. • Academic Counseling: Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable academic courses. • Admission Conversion: Drive the entire admission process, from application to enrollment, ensuring targets are met. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families. • Data Management & Reporting: Accurately record all interactions and report on sales performance. Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in telecalling or sales, ideally in education. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results. • Proficiency in CRM and basic computer skills.
