Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: pune Viman Nager
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Work closely with the field sales team for better coordination.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
Basic knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS Office, CRM software).
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Language proficiency: [English, Hindi, Regional Languages as applicable].

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in [Industry Name, e.g., real estate, finance, education].
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,830.27 - ₹14,957.67 per month
