Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Gorakhpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and potential customers, maintaining client records, handling customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about the company's services and offerings. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in Customer Service and Client Management
Basic Knowledge of CRM software and telecalling practices
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
