Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Steel Manufacturing Company Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales and support team in the steel manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining product details to customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote steel products. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product details, pricing, and availability. Generate sales leads and forward qualified prospects to the sales team. Maintain a customer database (CRM/Excel) with updated information. Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and payments. Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Service role (preferably in B2B/Manufacturing sector). Excellent communication skills in [local language + Hindi/English]. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Perks & Benefits: Attractive incentive structure.
