Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Present and promote products/services to customers effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities. Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management. Follow up with clients for payments and after-sales service. Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
